Article 3: Fees and Dues

Section 1: Initiation Fees

The initiation fee shall be $150.00. Initiation fee covers first years dues.

Section 2: Dues

The regular yearly dues for active members shall be $150.00 unless this amount is increased in accordance with the provisions of section 3 of this article.

Any active member is arrears for dues for more than ninety (90) days shall be automatically suspended from active membership.

Section 3: Increases in Dues, Initiation Fees, and Assessments.

The Executive Board of the Association may temporarily increase the yearly dues or initiation fees of active members up to a maximum of $60.00 per year.

With the above exception, any increase in regular monthly dues or initiation fees shall be made at a regular meeting of the active membership in accordance with the following procedure:

• Reasonable notice of the meeting shall be given to the active membership.
• Voting shall be by active members in good standing.
• A majority vote of the active members in good standing voting at the meeting shall decide the issue.
